Many of us must be in some or other problem or may be in a situation where we might not be getting any solution or have faced any problem like this.
Then what we do?
We start taking tension. Aren’t we?
But Does taking tension really help you in getting over your problem?
Your answer would be NO .
But tension and stress are common human behavior and that’s totally normal.But with this normal human condition we are affecting our body.
Under stress, your heart also pumps faster. Stress hormones cause your blood vessels to constrict and divert more oxygen to your muscles so you’ll have more strength to take action. But this also raises your blood pressure. As a result, frequent or chronic stress will make your heart work too hard for too long.
Also it can contribute to long-term problems for heart and blood vessels. The consistent and ongoing increase in heart rate, and the elevated levels of stress hormones and of blood pressure, can take a toll on the body and also cause many health problems like high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity and diabetes.
Now the question is what can we do now?
So I want to share how I manage to overcome or stop myself from taking tension and stress.
I simply follow a flow chart and it really helps me
How does it work?
So lets do an activity.
Step 1: Think about your problem for which you have been taking tension.
Are you ready with your problem?Lets go on
Step 2 : Now think do you have a solution for this?
If your answer is yes then jump on to Step 3 other wise Step 4.
Step 3: Ok so now you have a solution and you know it.When you have a solution and you know it will work for you then what are you waiting for. Go ahead and do it now.Why are you taking tension then?
Problem solved? Now smile 🙂
What if it wouldn’t work for me? 😑
Ok so go to Step 4.
Step 4: So You are stuck at some situation where you don’t have any solution and you are keep taking tension and stress but still not getting any answer. Of course because tension and stress is not a solution for any problem.
Now what should I do?
Its simple when you don’t have any solution and you can’t do anything about it then why are you even thinking about it?Leave it on destiny because you can’t do anything and for a temporary problem stop affecting your body.😡
And for Step 3’s issue “What if solution wouldn’t work for me?’ .So if you know what results you can get with that solution and again you have solution for that then do it when you get that situation and when you can’t find solution then leave it on destiny.
Leaving on destiny is of course not a solution but may be after a while things and situations change and automatically things can come in your favor and you can get the solution then.But for a temporary problem don’t affect your body, because problem will be gone after a while but it can leave another problems for your body.
Try to apply this flow chart in your life and seriously you will start seeing positive results and you will start feeling good.
Also try below tips to overcome the stress:
- Keep yourself busy so that you don’t get the time to think about it.
- Share you problem,may be you can get some solution.
- If not comfortable in sharing your problem with known ones then there are so many apps where you can hide your identity and start sharing your problem with strangers without being judged.
- Listen Dance music and dance
- Don’t even dare to listen sad songs.
- Also try to comfort someone if you see them sad.
- Try to do something you love
- Meditation helps in calming your mind and calm mind will help you in getting better solution.
I hope this works for you as it works for me.
So whenever you get any problem think it in that way.
